I'm utterly disappointed with my first order experience. Not only did I receive a damaged shoe, but the frustration escalated when I had to return every item and bear the extra shipping costs myself. To add insult to injury, my new order arrived without the complementary items, specifically the shoehorn. This entire ordeal has left me profoundly disappointed and disheartened.

Y’all was on time(I ordered and y’all shipped) I love my shoes and when I sent them back for a smaller size,the same thing(I sent back and y’all shipped back) I didn’t have to wait weeks/ days because of the holidays and I love how on point yall were.
