Exchange & Return Policy

Vinci Exchange & Return Policy:

At Vinci Leather, we would like to make your Return / Exchange process as easy as possible. Vinci Leather will gladly accept merchandise for a refund or exchange, if the merchandise meets our Return & Exchange Policy:


Returns are accepted within 14 days, and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your product with the original receipt or packing slip.
Returned Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged, in the original state as received, including the packaging, original box, and the accessories (if any, such as travel bag, shoehorn, polisher).
Simply put: If you would not accept the merchandise you are sending back as brand new, then, chances are it will not qualify for return or exchange.
Customer is responsible for return shipment. Vinci Leather does not provide a return shipping label or reimburse the customer for the cost of the return shipment.
Items marked as Final Sale / Close Out Sale / Last Sale, and Gift Cards do not qualify for return. At our discretion, we may exchange these items with different size if it is available in our stock.
All returns are subject to $10 restocking fee per pair.
Shipping fees paid by the customer (such as Signature Requirement, expedited, Next Day Air, etc.) are non-refundable.
All return / exchange merchandise must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Vinci Leather may refuse to process any exchange / return shipped back without an RMA number.
If the shoe box itself is used as shipping box, with shipping labels on the box, and wrapped in packaging tape, this shipment will be refused, and the package will be returned to the sender.
If you have missed your Return / Exchange window, (14 days / 30 days respectively) but all other conditions are met, we may, at our discretion, grant one time exception for exchanges, or issue a gift card for the full purchase price less shipping and handling fees for returns.
Purchases made with a gift card can only be refunded back to a gift card. No cash refund is paid out to the customer.

Return& Exchange Process:
Once you get your RMA number and mail out the merchandise, it is delivered to one of Vinci Leather’s retail locations. From there, all returns and exchanges are picked up and delivered to our fulfillment center. Once the fulfillment center receives your package, it will be inspected. After inspecting your merchandise and your return is approved, we will mark the item as received, and you will receive an email stating that your return is in process.

For refunds, you will receive a credit back to the original payment method, equaling to purchase price, less shipping and handling fees and restocking fee. Once again, you will receive an email when the credit is issued, and your refund is completed. This process can take 3 to 5 business days depending on the current volume. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to be reflected in your account, as this part is out of our control and depends on your financial
institution.

For exchanges, once your merchandise is approved for exchange, we will then ship out the exchange merchandise to you. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your shipment is ready for pick up by the shipping company. In the rare event that your size is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss your options, whether to wait for the next shipment, choose a different shoe, or receive a gift card for a future purchase.
